Do the knives require special care?
No, our knives require no special care. In fact, these knives are easier to maintain than standard kitchen knives. That's because the blade hardness is an impressive 61 HRC. And the harder the steel, the longer the knives stay sharp. But don't our knives need any maintenance at all? Yes, we recommend that you use a ceramic honing rod for daily maintenance - give the knife 10 strokes on each side every time you cook. This will ensure that your knife is extremely sharp every day, year after year.
Can the knives go in the dishwasher?
Our knives are made of stainless steel with a durable G10 composite handle. But even though the materials can withstand it, you should never put your kitchen knives in the dishwasher. This exposes your knives to impact and unnecessary chemical exposure. This can cause your knives to corrode and lose their sharpness. Therefore, you should always wash them by hand with a soft brush and soapy water.
Which knives should I choose?
