This page will guide you on how to easily return products.
Note: You always have free 30 day returns on all unused products.
To return an order or a product you will need to have your order number ready.
We don't offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, we ask you to return the primary order and then place a new order.
Read this before returning items
Make sure that the products you are returning live up to the following:
We do not accept returned products if:
- The product or products no longer appear new
- Have an odor or appear dirty
- Have been exposed to smoke
- Are not responsibly packaged and in the original packaging

We offer free returns in EU.
