Returns

Here on this page, you can easily return an order. Remember: you always have a 30-day return policy on unused products. To return an order, you need to find your order number. We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the order and place a new one.

Delivery

Free delivery within the EU.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the shipment in their system.

Exchange & Returns

You must ensure the following conditions apply to your order before returning:

We do not accept returns if the products:

  • Do not appear as new
  • Smell or appear dirty
  • Have been exposed to smoke
  • Are not properly packaged in the original packaging

You have a 30-day return policy. If this period is exceeded, we cannot offer a refund.

If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect or wish to file a complaint about a product, please send an email with pictures to info@gastrotools.dk. You will then be informed about any further steps regarding your complaint. The warranty for complaints is valid for 2 years.

We offer free returns throughout the EU.
