We designed these frying pans with feedback from some of Denmark’s top chefs. That’s why they feature a unique ergonomic stainless steel handle that stays cool thanks to an air-cast core. The pans’ curves make it easier to toss food when sautéing – and their design provides a larger cooking surface compared to other pans of the same diameter.
You build your own natural nonstick by seasoning the pans with oil. Over time, as you cook, more oil is baked into the surface – meaning you’ll have frying pans that improve with use, completely free from PFAS. This also means your pans won’t have a fragile nonstick coating that flakes into your food or requires replacement.
