  • You can find a detailed guide to seasoning here.
  • Use the steel scrubber when cleaning to remove burnt-on food. Pour hot water into the pan and use the steel scrubber in circular motions. Please note that the steel scrubber can scratch the pan if pressed too hard. However, scratches do not matter in carbon steel and raw cast iron and will also be covered by seasoning.

The best cooking results start with the best care

Carbon steel is a fantastic material in the kitchen, especially when you give it the right care. That's why we've made it easy for you and put together the essentials in one set. You get seasoning paste, a steel scrubber and a linen cloth, so you have the tools you need for seasoning, cleaning and care.

The seasoning paste has been carefully tested to find the perfect combination; the paste must be easy to spread, it must protect against rust, and it must build up a natural non-stick coating so that your carbon steel frying pan gets better and better over time. That's why the seasoning paste consists of the perfect blend of beeswax and natural oils, which gives the best results – and with the linen cloth, the paste is easily distributed over the steel surface in a thin, even layer.

With a steel scrubber, cleaning carbon steel has never been easier. The interlinked stainless steel rings remove burnt-on residue and dirt, while the silicone core makes the steel scrubber comfortable to hold. It is effective even with just water, which makes it gentle on the built-up seasoning. The scrubber can be used again and again and can be put in the dishwasher when needed.

The set comes from a small, family-run business in southern Sweden. The goal is to make fewer, but better products that are designed to help you get the most out of your kitchen equipment. Use the set to season your frying pan, clean it after use or coat it with a thin layer of maintenance wax – and you will have a frying pan that delivers the best frying results, time after time.
