We designed this frying pan with feedback from some of Denmark’s top chefs. That’s why it features a unique ergonomic stainless steel handle that stays cool thanks to an air-cast core. The pan’s curves make it easier to toss food when sautéing, while its design provides a larger cooking surface compared to other pans of the same diameter.

You build your own natural nonstick surface by seasoning the pan with oil. Over time, as you cook, more oil will naturally bake into the surface, improving the pan’s performance. This means you’ll have a pan that gets better with use, completely free from PFAS. Unlike traditional nonstick coatings, there’s no fragile layer to wear off into your food, and no need for replacements.

Gastrotools skruede forventningerne op hos mig efter at have læst om deres pander. Men de skuffer ikke. Mega god kvalitet. Har ikke fortrudt købet en eneste gang

Til det passionerede køkkenfolk

Jeg laver alt på min nu perfekt seasoned carbonstål pande. Spejlæg, steak, grønt og senest fiskefrikadeller (så har din non-stick bestået!)

At bruge en Gastrotools pande kræver dog begge hænder på rattet i starten. Det svarer til at køre stærkt uden traction control. Det vildere, hurtigere og federe, men man betaler ved kasse 1 hvis man ikke er rutineret med sin pande

Den skal have en god seasoning og rigeligt med fedtstof i starten. Den skal ikke vaskes op, men helst bare tørres af og olieeres en smule inden den ryger i skabet. Den skal varmes langsomt og gradvis op. Din steak må gerne have stået på køkkenbordet en time inden den skal steges for at udligne temperaturforskellen

Hvis man er bare en smule passioneret omkring madlavning har du hurtigt ovenstående på ryggraden

Jeg glæder mig hver gang jeg skal lave mad i min pande. Jeg anser den som et uundværligt værktøj I hverdagen. Resultatet er bare bundsolidt
