Ingredients
One serving
3 dl ketchup
1 dl good apple cider vinegar
½ dl low sodium soy sauce
100 g brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Hot sauce or chili sauce to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer gently without a lid for 5 minutes.
Cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
