BBQ sauce

Elevate your summer BBQs to the next level by marinating pork, chicken, and beef in your homemade BBQ sauce. It's perfect for juicy pork chops, tender steaks, chicken breast fillets or thighs, and any type of kebab. 

Ingredients

For one batch
300 ml ketchup
100 ml good quality apple cider vinegar
50 ml low sodium soy sauce
100 g brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Hot sauce or chili sauce to taste

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow it to simmer gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes.


Cool and store in the refrigerator until needed.
