The convenient handle makes handling the heavy baking steel easier, both when placing it in and taking it out of the oven, as well as when cleaning and storing it.

The baking steel is made of 6 mm Swedish carbon steel, laser-cut and sandblasted. At the workshop in Småland, it is sprayed with vegetable oils and seasoned in a vertical oven. This allows you to use the baking steel right away - unlike other baking steels on the market.
