Upon receiving the baking steel, it is ready to use immediately, as it has been pre-seasoned with vegetable oils, providing a natural nonstick surface and rust protection. The convenient handle makes handling the heavy baking steel easier, both when placing it in and taking it out of the oven, as well as when cleaning and storing it.

With its versatile size of 37 x 33 cm, the baking steel fits most oven racks. However, its benefits are not limited to just your oven. It can also be used on the grill for naan bread, pizza, or baguettes - only your imagination sets the boundaries.

Produced in Sweden with over 100 years of tradition

The baking steel is made of 6 mm Swedish carbon steel, laser-cut and sandblasted. At the workshop in Småland, it is sprayed with vegetable oils and seasoned in a vertical oven. This allows you to use the baking steel right away - unlike other baking steels on the market.
