Upgrade your sandwich repertoire with this incredible sandwhich with fried onions, blue cheese, arugula and tender slices of roast beef. The sandwich doesn't take long to make, and it beats the classic ham and cheese by a long shot. If blue cheese isn’t your thing, you can always use another kind of cheese instead. Feel free to choose one with a little flavor, such as a good gruyere or similar.
