Pizza with Parma ham, burrata, and pesto

Pizza with Parma ham, burrata, and pesto

You can never go wrong with salty Parma ham, creamy burrata, and fresh pesto. Here, it works fantastically well with the classic combination of tomato sauce and mozzarella typical of a classic pizza.

If you like, you can try different types of ham or perhaps experiment with a walnut pesto instead - the variations are many, so just get started and find your favorite.

Ingredients

For four pizzas

Instructions

Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base and distribute the mozzarella on top.

Bake the pizza on a baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edges.

Arrange the Parma ham on the warm pizza, leaving the center empty.

Halve your burrata and place one half in the empty center.

Spread pesto around the pizza and garnish with basil.

Serve immediately.
