Pizza with Parma Ham, Burrata and Pesto

Salty Parma ham, creamy burrata and fresh pesto are a combination you can never go wrong with. Here it also works fantastically with a base of tomato sauce and mozzarella, which is typical for a classic pizza.

If you like, you can try different types of ham or perhaps try a walnut pesto instead - there are many variations, so just get started and find your favorite.

Ingredients

For four pizzas

Instructions

Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza base and distribute the mozzarella on top.

Bake the pizza on a baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edges.

Spread the Parma ham on the warm pizza, but leave the center free.

Halve your burrata and place one half on the empty space in the center.

Distribute pesto around the pizza and garnish with basil.

Serve immediately.
