Peel butternut squash and cut it into thin slices.

Spread the mascarpone on the pizza base, lay the butternut squash slices on top and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the pizza on baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edge.

Crumble feta over the pizza. Distribute walnuts and sage on top and finish with a few thin drizzles of honey in circles.
