The combination of salty feta, bitter walnuts, fragrant sage, and sweet honey works fantastically together and is definitely a flavor experience you shouldn't miss out on.

Ingredients

Instructions

Peel the butternut squash and cut it into thin slices.

Spread the mascarpone on the pizza base, place the slices of butternut squash on top, and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the pizza on a baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edges.
