Pizza bianca with butternut squash, feta, and sage

Would you like to try something different from the classic pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella? Then give this pizza bianca with butternut squash a try.

The combination of salty feta, bitter walnuts, fragrant sage, and sweet honey works fantastically together and is definitely a flavor experience you shouldn't miss out on.

For four pizzas

Instructions

Peel the butternut squash and cut it into thin slices.

Spread the mascarpone on the pizza base, place the slices of butternut squash on top, and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the pizza on a baking steel until the base is crispy and has brown spots on the edges.

Crumble feta over the pizza. Arrange walnut kernels and sage on top and finish with thin drizzles of honey in circles.

Grind fresh pepper over the pizza and serve.
