Create professional results in your own kitchen

We asked the country's best chefs what the ultimate series of pots and pans looks like, and here it is. With professional details such as a pouring rim and materials used in the world's best restaurants. With its generous capacity, the 7L pot is indispensable in any kitchen – perfect for cooking homemade stock, creating flavourful soups or preparing large stews for the whole family.

With 5-ply, you get a durable pot that will last a lifetime with all the benefits of stainless steel: low maintenance, suitable for all types of cooking, and no PFAS or other harmful coatings that wear off over time and end up in your food.

The pot provides incredibly even heat distribution thanks to its five-layer construction, rather than the three layers typically found in stainless steel cookware. This prevents hot spots at the bottom of your pot, which can result in burnt food, uneven cooking and separated sauces.

You get effective heat control thanks to the aluminium core, which has excellent heat conductivity and allows you to quickly raise or lower the temperature in the pot. Unlike cookware with a sandwich base, you will find that the heat spreads naturally up the sides of the pot because the entire pot is made of 5-ply – ideal for dishes such as risotto and simmering dishes. The set also includes a steamer insert, which is the ideal upgrade for your 5-ply pot. If you've tried steaming in your pot without a steamer insert, you know it's not an easy task. With a steamer insert, you get a tool designed to make it as easy as possible: boil water in the bottom of the pot and place the insert inside – without burning your fingers. Use it for delicious vegetables, juicy fish or steaming dumplings. Both are handcrafted in Italy by our friends and partners Franco, Mario and Eliano, who carefully produce each product in their family workshop with over 130 years of expertise. It's Danish design, Italian craftsmanship and your guarantee of top-shelf quality.

Engineered for better cooking

We construct the 5-ply series with 5 layers of metal, where the 3 inner layers of aluminum conduct heat 15 times better than stainless steel. This means that heat is distributed evenly and quickly, preventing your food from burning. The outer layer of magnetic 430 stainless steel is optimized for induction, while the inner 304 steel is highly corrosion-resistant - giving you all the benefits of high-quality stainless steel.
