Thomas Rode
Thomas Rode Andersen is former head chef at the 1-star Michelin restaurant Kong Hans.
Thomas Rode trained as a chef in 1990 and has since worked in many of the country's absolute best restaurant kitchens. At the same time, he has taken on countless projects along the way. He has written books, participated in films and TV programs, taught, coached, created cooking schools, product development, food styling and much more.
Thomas has written travel articles, been a tv-cooking judge, made advertisements and even acted as a cover photo model.
At a relatively late age, the former Michelin chef started physical training and experienced an incredibly hard and intense journey through the transformation. Today, the star chef works hard to share his experience and inspire others to star their own journey.

Jeppe Foldager
Jeppe Foldager started his gastronomic career as a chef on the Danish royal ship “Dannebrog” and has since worked in many of the Denmark’s most renowned restaurants.
Among other things, he has worked as sous chef at Søllerød Kro, as well as head chef at Alberto K and Restaurant Kanalen. Jeppe Foldager has participated in the Bocuse d'Or and made it to the podium several times, including a silver medal in 2013.
Since 2020, Jeppe Foldager has worked as head chef at the Michelin-starred Dragsholm Castle.

Jacob Jørgsholm
Jacob Jørgsholm is a self-taught chef and successful entrepreneur.
As a chef and entrepreneur in his restaurant Feed Bistro and the store Wagyu-pusher, every day comes with a new set of unforeseen challenges. That's why it's absolutely essential for him to have the right tools:
"When you have such a hectic everyday life and have so many fires to put out, it's just absolutely essential to have the right tools. There's no time for dull knives, and there's no time for tools that don't work. So, it helps my day tremendously that I have high quality knvies and tools, that I know won´t break."

Brian Mark Hansen
Chef Brian Mark Hansen has his very own style of cookingi and is considered to be one of Denmark's most distinctive gastronomic personalities. He was previously employed at Ruths Hotel in Skagen, Kong Hans Kælder and was sous chef at Søllerød Kro between 2007 and 2011. Brian was then head chef at Christiansholm Slot before returning to Søllerød Kro in 2013.
Brian has participated in several cooking competitions and excelled with two 2nd places in "Chef of the Year 2010" and "Bocuse d'Or Denmark 2013".
Brian has also managed to maintain a star in the Michelin Guide thoughour all his years as head chef - in 2019 for the 13th year in a row. And the latest award is Restaurant of the Year in The Danish Dining Guide 2018.
Ass. Køkkenchef, Restaurant Uformel
Kasper Correll
Kasper Correll is Assistant Head Chef at Restaurant Uformel in Copenhagen.
He has been at Restaurant Uformel for 5 years - after being Sous Chef at Skovshoved hotel.
Kasper has been part of the Danish junior chef national team for 5 years - the last 2.5 years as team captain for the team. The talented chef can also boast of having helped win medals at both the Olympics and World Championships. Since May of 2020, Kasper Corell joined as Ass. Team Coach for both the senior and junior national teams:
"I love competitions and use them to push myself to develop and become a better chef. I have been in the final as "Chef of the Year" and came in fifth place."

Søren Gericke
Danish cuisine's first celebrity chef, Søren Gericke.
Throughout the 70s and 80s, he pushed the boundaries of experimental gourmet cuisine and has since been hailed for his significant contribution to the gastronomic revolution in Denmark.

Former Michelin Chef and judge on Masterchef
Dak Wichangoen
Dak Wichangoen came to Denmark from Thailand when she was just 7-years-old, and started her career at the restaurant Det Glade Vanvid in Aarhus. After 4 years, she joined the Michelin-starred restaurant Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen. At Kiin Kiin, she became head chef at the age of 25 and was the only female head chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Denmark.
In 2021, Dak became a guest judge in Masterchef, and in season 7 became one of the main judges on the show.
Assistant Head Chef, Omaka Stockholm
Pontus Lindgren
Pontus is a hard-working and creative "up-and-coming" chef in Sweden. He currently works as Assistant Head Chef at restaurant Omaka
in Stockholm, where he helps to develop new concepts and ensures that the
restaurant always lives up to the highest standards.
In 2021, he won the title as "Young Chef of the Year" in Sweden.
