We don't offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product that you have bought for another, we suggest that you first return the item and thereafter place a separate order with the item you wish to exchange for.
In order to return items you need to go through our return portal and continue with the following instructions:
Follow these simple steps:
1. Go to our return portal by clicking here
2. Enter your order number and email
3. Now you can access the return portal, where you will be able to see your order and fill out the reason for return.
4. When you have filled out all of the information you can continue by clicking the button.
5. You will now get a return label with a link to a downloadable file. We will also send the label to your email address.
5. Pack the items that you're returning in the same (or similar) box that you received the items in.
6. Now tape the label to the outside of the box and make sure that all parts of the label are easily visible.
7. Hand in the package to the nearest package shop. The delivery company will vary based on your location, so make sure to be aware of what company is on your return label.
When we have received the package and checked that it lives up to the return claims, we will refund the amount with the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
Be aware that it typically takes 2-5 days before you will be able to see the money i your account.
